Start with the business problem, not a feature list

Plan implementation in manageable stages

Trying to launch every module at once can make adoption harder. A phased plan often works better: begin with the workflow causing the biggest operational problem, train the relevant team, validate the data and then add related modules.

Ask your software partner how they approach configuration, testing, user training and support after go-live. Successful ERP adoption depends as much on clear ownership and staff confidence as it does on the technology itself.
